The bread of tomorrow

These days I have been a little low on money. In Jörlanda, a village in the Stenungsund kommune, I visited the " Jörlanda bageri" and asked for some bread-from-yesterday, assuming it to be a little cheaper, than todays bread. Instead of this the lovley shopowner gave me some frozen breads she had in store for the easterdays, for free. The bread of tomorrow :-P . We had a talk about my travel, the area, this blog and she was very interested and asked a lot. Finally I left with one fresh loaf of bread one frozen and a frozen cake! All for free and delicious.
